Okay. I am not satisfied with the way one of the waitresses acted today. In fact, the manager even whisper "Bodohla die ni" in front of me.
The manager is nice though because she's taking my order. Not bad for a slice of Raspberry cheese that cost me RM7.50.
I hope that this incident will not happen again as it can tarnish the image of the brand itself.
Please handle your customers carefully.
Remember, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!
